Problem with an order? Please let me know! I would love the opportunity to make it right.

Payment Terms: The first half of total payment is due prior to work starting, with the second half due prior to shipping. If I cannot meet printing requirements, a refund will be issued. Invoices will be sent via PayPal.

Shipping: Prices listed do not include shipping. Shipping for custom orders is calculated as part of the work estimate.

Turnaround Time: Please let me know any deadlines ahead of time to ensure that your order can be fulfilled by the specified date. If all materials are available, your product will ship in no more than two weeks. If there are any delays, or issues with material availability, I will communicate these to you.

Cancelling an Order: I am happy to cancel orders as long as work has not been started (materials used, time spent on design), or supplies for the work haven’t been ordered.

Design Issue: For many reasons, some designs are difficult to print, especially with foiling. If an issue is encountered, I will reach out with alternative suggestions.

Setup Fee: The setup fee is a consultation fee separate from a custom order. This non-refundable fee is applied toward reviewing your request/uploaded artwork and printing several tests to ensure that your design will print as expected.

NSFW Art: I have no problem printing NSFW, but please give me a heads-up, so I don't open the files where other eyes could see.

Right to Refuse: Feeling Stabby Printing reserves the right to refuse any custom design or print work for any reason and will provide a full refund for the order after notifying the customer. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, graphic depictions of harm to animals/children, promoting hate speech, copyrighted content, or harassment.
